5/4 Entertainment has opened applications for its 2017 internship program, giving aspiring South Australian music industry professionals the chance to work with the team that manages Tkay Maidza and City Calm Down, promotes and runs St Jerome’s Laneway Festival in Port Adelaide, operates club nights Transmission and Taking Back Saturday, and books bands for Fat Controller, Adelaide UniBar, Crown & Anchor, among other venues.
Successful applicants will work across the many activities of the company, including artist management, event creation and promotion, and venue bookings. They will get hands on experience over a six-month period working in the Australian music industry AND they’ll get paid to do it!
